In some cases, delivery might take longer than expected due to factors such as remote area serviceability, weather conditions, or courier delays.

*Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping Policy*
COD Availability:
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations within India.
Additional Charges:
An extra ₹69 will be applied to all orders placed using the COD payment option.
Non-Response Policy:
If our team is unable to reach you or does not receive a response within the confirmation period, your order will be automatically cancelled.
*Return to Origin (RTO / RTS) Policy*
If an order is returned to us (RTO/RTS) due to reasons from the customer’s side — such as:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Wrong or invalid phone number
Customer not available at the time of delivery
Wrong or mismatched PIN code
In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the reshipping charges of ₹120 to have the order sent again.
Please note: We do not offer cancellation or refunds for orders returned due to these reasons
